From within the city:
Go south on 5th Street past Penn Street. There is a Philly Pretzel on the corner of 5th and Penn. Franklin Street is two streets south of Penn Street. The Main Library is on the corner of 5th and Franklin Streets. Parking is meter (and watch out for street cleaning days and times).

Children's Library
The Children's Library is located on the second floor of the Main Library at 5th and Franklin Streets. Children's programs are held at the Main Children's Library and at all three Reading Library branches.
